Verdict
After dinner with a few friends in Northbridge, we decided to head to Icey Ice for something sweet. I had a plain milk tea as the black pearl (tapioca) was out of stock (not really into jelly or red bean). It tasted normal, not exceptionally good. But the Matcha Mochi, a bowl of green tea ice with red bean and Mochi (glutinous rice cake) that my partner had was nice.
